8 days heliskiing – 8 hours of helicopter flight time – group of 12 skiers

This tour is the “classic” of heliskiing in Russia with powerful MI-8 helicopters carrying 12 guests in one load. However 3 mountains guides leading the group insure a high level of safety and personal care.

 

• You will ski in our “classic” area, which covers  15000 sq.km. around the base.
• We will introduce you the “classic” of Kamchatka – from the top of volcano to the Pacific, down to the crater of an active volcano, skiing through the fiords.
• We run up to 3 groups per week. And each group will have a private helicopter for the entire week.

Flight time calculation

In opposition to the most of traditional heliski providers, who based their helicopter calculation on the vertical meters, we prefer to relate to the actual flight time we use.

This method proves to be more adapted to the fact that we have freedom to react on any given condition and to explore the best volcanoes and runs. A good day will offer us 7000 to 10 000 vertical meters and costs around 2,5 hours. The flight time included into the package is the minimum time we will need even in bad circumstances. Given the fact that we meet very good weather and snow conditions, we might be able to use up to 50% more time.

Additional helicopter time

Once you have spent the hours included in the package, it’s up to you if you like to continue. The additional time will be charged at the end of your stay. Additional flight time is 290euro per person per hour (based on a group of 12 persons).

Refunds unused time

8 hours included into the package are guaranteed. You will be refunded 270euros per person for each hour unused due to bad weather conditions or helicopter technical problems.
